01

Two different needs

Translation presents a document’s content in another language. An apostille is an authentication used for foreign public documents within the Convention’s scope; it is not a translation or visa approval. Check the competent issuing authority, document scope and destination acceptance through HCCH and the relevant authorities.

02

Keep documents consistent

Names, passport numbers, dates and contact details should match across forms and documents. Confirm translation or apostille requirements for the particular document. Avoid third-party accounts or employment offers that cannot be verified.
